Boho is the strangest shape in this audit: the conduct record is among the cleanest we track, and the licence record is the most broken. On conduct — Casino Guru has no relevant complaints; AskGamblers backs its Certificate of Trust with 2-day response times; LCB’s community ranks it 83rd out of nearly 1,800 casinos; and the banking limits are genuinely generous. Nothing in the player-facing evidence says “avoid.”

The licence is another matter. The footer claims Tobique licence No. 0000064 via Metlait SRL — and when we clicked the site’s own seal, the Tobique Gaming Commission’s validator returned “NOT licensed” for the very domain Australians play on. We then ran the parent domain through the same validator: also not licensed. The Curaçao licence Casino Guru verified (OGL/2023/176/0095) belongs to the previous operator, Hollycorn N.V., and the register recorded it expiring in December 2025. The most charitable reading is a Hollycorn→Metlait migration with the paperwork trailing the rebrand — its stablemates’ seals validate cleanly, so the group knows how — but we rate what verifies today, and today no register backs the claim.

That directly contradicts the footer’s claim of Tobique licence No. 0000064 and the operator’s own brand-sheet licence line. The separately claimed Curaçao licence OGL/2023/176/0095 was issued to the previous operator (Hollycorn N.V.) and appears in the CGA register with a 24 December 2025 expiry.
