Our Take

The finding that shapes this review: Spinhub’s Kahnawake licence is no longer in effect. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission suspended EINRAI Ltd’s Client Provider Authorization on 3 March 2026 following a Show Cause Notice, then revoked it effective 2 April 2026, stating that spinhub.casino is “no longer licensed or regulated” and that it will not consider complaints submitted after that date. When we checked on 15 July 2026, the Kahnawake seal was still displayed in Spinhub’s footer — and its certificate link returns “invalid” on the regulator’s own site. A revocation is not a lapse; regulators pull authorisations mid-term for compliance failure, and wearing the seal three months after losing it compounds the problem.

The corporate disclosure depends on which version of the site you read. The Australian locale’s footer gets it right — EINRAI LTD, holder of licence ALSI-202501011-FI1 — consistent with the validated licence. The main English locale instead says Spinhub is owned and operated by SML Saveoperations Ltd “under eGaming License… Government of Curacao” — a company that holds no gaming licence in its own name, backing a Curaçao claim with no seal or number anywhere on the site. Three licensing claims across one site, one of which checks out — and the revoked Kahnawake seal is displayed on both locales.

Then there’s the complaint fingerprint. Two players on two independent platforms describe the same sequence: win, get put through weeks of sequential document requests, then have their accounts closed for alleged duplicate accounts — with no evidence ever shown to the player — and winnings confiscated. On the licences. We validated the Anjouan seal against the regulator on 15 July 2026: licence ALSI-202501011-FI1 to EINRAI LTD, status VALID to January 2027, spinhub.casino registered.
