Our Take

We start with the licence. Sun Palace does not have a gambling licence; at the bottom of each page, there is only a CDS (Central Dispute System) badge, the software provider’s name, and a note that it has been online since 2002, with no other details. The earlier mention of Panama is gone. This matters for Australian players because a regulator is the last option if the casino’s complaint process fails, and here there is no regulator. Add a $6,000 bonus dispute that was still unresolved when we last saw it in June 2026, and a formal mediation listing the operator let lapse by not responding, and the pattern suggests they stop communicating when disputes escalate.
